Logiciel ComServer³² is an MSO email and fax server module that helps to eliminate the effort and delays associated with communicating Sales Order, Product, and Customer updates by automatically receiving, processing and forwarding Sales-Order data between disconnected MSO applications, users, and non-MSO external users. MSO users include all users of Tradeshow³², SalesRep³², and Showroom³² handhelds and MSO back office systems located in home or corporate offices. External users include vendors or any other third party that needs access to near real time access to sales order, product, or customer information but do not utilize MSO applications.

• Automatically forward new sales orders as .pdf attachments via SMTP Email or via Windows Fax Services to external (non MSO user) parties

• Seamlessly integrate powerful email communication standards into all MSO handheld, desktop, and server applications including Tradeshow³², SalesRep³², and RepGroup³²

• Can be configured to work with your current POP3 and SMTP Email Servers.

• Utilizes Logiciel MSO XML data formats as the standard format for data transfer

• Supports secure authentication to POP3 and SMTP and strong 128-bit SSL encryption to send and protect all sensitive data from unauthorized viewing and usage.

While the ComServer³² works out of the box for Logiciel applications, its flexible architecture allows it to be be easily customized to support a number of non Logiciel applications with proprietary data formats.
