This interface helps users of MSO applications receive the major benefit of saving hours and days of time and effort from needing to re-enter sales and customer data captured in the field at customer sites, tradeshows, and in showrooms. As an added benefit, utilizing the interface eliminates all errors created from re-keying orders from either printed sheets, spreadsheets or incompatible systems.

The MSO interface provides for easy mapping of customer and product data from the back office system to the SQL Server to the shared product and customer tables of MSO applications. In addition, with the push of a button, all sales order transactions, in addition to new customer account updates captured on the Handheld device or Laptop, can be easily exported out of MSO applications and imported into the back office system. Finally, before transferring data from MSO to Back Office applications, users may choose to use the interface module to view, filter, and reformat data prior to importing, and thus provide a final check to maintain the integrity of data in Back-Office Applications.

The MSO Back Office interface can be utilized with almost any system that offers a standard import/export function. We realize there are many flavors of custom and packaged systems utilized by our users, and thus our interface maintains the flexibility to work with any number of systems.
