How does transaction pricing work?
You pay a flat $5 on every order over $250. Small orders of $250 or less are 2% of the order amount. Your total is bounded by a $60 monthly minimum and a $900 monthly maximum — so costs are predictable as you scale.
Is there really no per-user charge?
Correct. Add as many reps, managers, and buyers as you need. You're billed on orders, never on seats, so growing your team never increases your platform cost.
What's included in the free trial?
The full platform for 30 days — mobile sales, marketplace, connectors, and payments — with training included. No setup fee and no contract, so you can evaluate Fora with real orders before committing.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. You can start, pause, or stop on your terms.
How does payment processing fit in?
Fora is processor-agnostic — it supports tokenized payments and Tap to Pay through the payment processor you already use. Processing rates are separate from the Fora platform fee and depend on your processor.
