• Payment information — handled in tokenized form through our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — device, log, and analytics information about how the Services are used.
• Communications — messages you send us and information you provide in forms.

• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers and integration partners (such as QuickBooks, Shopify, and and your payment processor) as needed to operate the Services, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If Logiciel is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to this policy.

Payment card data is processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors using tokenization. We receive tokens and limited transaction metadata, not full card details.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business customers may request export or deletion of their data as described in our agreements.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
